If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

RETURNS

You have 30 calendar days to return the Maine coon cat from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your Maine coon kitten must have an issue declared by your vet and in the same condition that you received it.

Your Maine coon cat must be in it’s original Crate.

Your Maine coon cat needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase issued by us.

REFUNDS

Once we receive the Maine coon cat back, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received Maine coon and making sure all you said was true . We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund or change of Maine coon cat after inspecting the Maine coon.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund (through the original method of payment) or change of Maine coon.

You will receive the funds instantly or the new Maine coon cat after few hours depending on where are you located and flight.

SHIPPING

We will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your Maine coon cat.
